Once your order is confirmed you will be notified by e-mail.
SoTendances will then send you another e-mail when your package has been posted, including a tracking number enabling you to follow your package's process on the web site of La Poste.

European Union, Switzerland and Norway
Colissimo tracking is available in the European Union, Switzerland and Norway.
Orders are sent by the postal service to the location designated by the client (home, office, etc.)
An Identity card and delivery notification form will be required to retrieve your package if you are not available at the given address at the time of postal delivery.
A confirmation e-mail from SoTendances will be delivered to you the day that your package is sent. This e-mail will provide you with a reference number that will allow you to track your package on the La Poste/Colissimo website.
All orders, with the exception of packages above 30kg, will be delivered within 3 to 15 working days, as of the order date. Times are calculated in working days, and are averages based upon estimated handling, preparation and expedition times.
With regards to special orders, delivery times could exceed 15 days. The delivery time will be indicated prior to completion of the order on a SoTendances contact form and will depend on the times indicated by the supplier.
Shipping and delivery rates depend on the orders and the postal rates as outlined in the table below. These rates may be subject to change depending on the postal service's rates.

Prices include a basic insurance worth 23€/kg in case of loss, deterioration or spoiling of the package, with the possibility to subscribe to an optional Ad Valorem insurance (2).
Consider a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days as of the moment SoTendances sends the aforementioned confirmation mail.

In case products do not correspond in nature or quality to specifications indicated on the delivery form, the client must send notice within seven days as of the date of delivery. All reclamations past this date will be considered void.
In case the exterior of the package shows signs of tampering or damage, all anomalies must be clearly indicated on the postal receipt and conveyed to SoTendances within 48 hours.
